Case Study
Avram International, the global logistics division of Avram Worldwide, through its interest in Vunani Logistics www.vunaniconcargologistics.com entered into a Joint Venture with South African based Concargo (Pty) Ltd. The Joint Venture will provide integrated logistic services to Avram’s US based clients looking at expanding their business in emerging markets and will simultaneously focus on providing integrated logistic services to Africa’s lucrative mining industry.
The minority controlled joint venture will utilize existing technology and infrastructure to provide services such as transportation management, purchase order management, international freight forwarding, customs brokerage, warehousing and delivery to jobsites across the African continent.
